Note that Voronoї himself used  this spelling  of  his family name, but  nowadays  there are two spellings:  in  pure mathematics  the spelling “Voronoї”  is used, but  in applications  they use the spelling  “Voronoi diagram”, “Voronoi tessellation”, etc. In Ukrainian his name has the spelling:  Heorhiy Voronyi.
