New Quantum Effects in (2+1)-Dimensional Non-Empty Universe
Abstract:
We propose a reduction procedure, based on the Dirac theory of
constraints, for the field degrees of freedom, the number of which is restricted
by the equations
of motion and topological conditions. Such a procedure is applied to
the Chern-Simons gravity describing non-empty universe, when the space
has a torus topology. The splitting of the discrete levels of time-like
intervals due to the presence of additional interaction is observed.
