Accommodation

Suggested accommodation options for the conference participants. We have chosen several hotels located within walking distance (20 minutes at most) from the conference facilities that are reasonably priced and offer adequate comfort. We may look at other options on request.

We would appreciate if you make your choice of accommodation and inform us about your choice by email before May 31. We will make arrangements with the hotels and inform you about their booking requirements (some hotels will want booking to be confirmed by fax with credit card information included). You may book rooms in some hotels yourself by fax/email/internet. In this case we ask you to inform us about the booking. We quote approximate prices in euro or dollars, however, please take into account that actual prices and payments in Ukraine are in hryvnyas, exchange rate of which to dollar or euro may change both ways.

• Name of the preferred hotel and category of the room (you may also name your second choice in the case if the hotel
  of first choice is fully booked)
• Arrival date (with arrival details if already available)
• Departure date (with departure details if already available)
• Number of days
  

Note on arrival/departure dates: usual check-in/check-out time in Ukrainian hotels is 12.00 noon. If your plane arrives early in the morning, or departs later in the day (travelling time from/to the airport is approximately one hour), you may wish to occupy the room from earlier or until later time. In this case you will be charged for half a day (or two additional half-days for both), and your booking information should include earlier arrival and/or later departure. Another option may be leaving your luggage at the Institute of Mathematics until/after check-in/check-out time.

Include “Accommodation” as subject of your message.

Prices are given per room per night (so price per person in a double room will be room price divided by two - maybe with breakfast supplement is breakfast is included).
