Research interests

    Functional, difference and differential-functional equations.

    Miscellaneous

      Was born on February, 1, 1944 in v. Bubnovka, Gorodok district of the Khmelnytsk area in peasant family. After completion of high school he entered 1962 on the physical and mathematical faculty of the Kam'ianets'-Podil's'kyi pedagogical college. Finishing in 1966 with a difference this institute, he left there on position of teacher of department of higher mathematics. In 1967 entered the Institute of mathematics of NAN of Ukraine as the graduate student, in 1970 he successfully protected candidate's dissertation. Getting in 1970 direction to work in Institute of mathematics of NAN of Ukraine, passed in him a way from a junior scientist to the leading research worker of the department of differential equalizations and theory of vibrations. In 1991 G. Pelyukh protected the doctoral dissertation, and in 2006 the scientific rank of professor of department of differential equalizations was appropriated him.

      G. Pelyukh' basic scientific interests behave to the theory of functional, differential and differentially-functional equalizations. Among the results of G. Pelyukh there are such which have a fundamental value for further development of theory of these equalizations:

      - bases of local theory of the systems of nonlinear functional equalizations are built;

      - method of the normalized forms of Poincare for research of nonlinear non-autonomous differential equalizations with a continuous argument is developed;

      -bases of theory of the systems of linear differential and functionally-differential equalizations with a continuous argument are developed;

      - new terms of existence and unicity of periodic (global) decisions of the systems of differential and differentially-functional equalizations of neutral type are got and the effective methods of their construction are offered;

      - structure of great numbers of decisions of wide classes of the systems of functionally-differential and differentially-functional equalizations in a neighborhood of their states of equilibrium is investigated.

      G. Pelyukh combines the advanced study with pedagogical activity on the physical and mathematical faculty of NÒUU "KPI". Under his scientific guidance geared-up and protected over 30 master's degree and 8 candidate's dissertations (Ph.D.).

      G. Pelyukh is the author of about 150 works.
