A metric of the 3-velocity space induced by the Finslerian metric of the entirely anisotropic event space
Abstract:
It is shown that in contrast to the conventional special
relativity theory where the Minkowski metric of the event space leads to the Lobachevski metric of the 3-velocity space,
the generalized special relativity theory based on the Finslerian event space with entirely broken 3D isotropy leads to a
new geometry of the 3-velocity space. The corresponding 3-velocity space metric is presented in an explicit form.
