Dynamic model of diffusion in a nonuniform medium and Fick's laws

For model of dynamics of Brownian particles in a inhomogeneous environment, the time interval estimation is constructed, on which for diffusion phenomenon description phenomenological Fick laws can be used. The knowledge of these estimations gives the possibility to judge about adequacy of the initial assumptions about dynamics of real processes.
