The citizens of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic,
Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland,
Italy, Japan, Korea, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta,
Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain,
Sweden, Switzerland, UK, USA may enter Ukraine with valid passports of their
respective countries for travel abroad for a period of up to 90 days (It would
make sense to have an invitation letter).
To enter Ukraine, no visa is required for persons who hold an ordinary travel
passports of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Stan,
Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan or Uzbekistan (It would make sense to have an
invitation letter).
For citizens of Argentina, Croatia, Mexico, Turkey faxed invitation from the
Organizing Committee would be sufficient to apply to the Ukrainian consulates in
their countries in order to get Ukrainian visa. Please request such invitation
only when you are reasonably certain that you are coming to the conference.
Citizens of Brazil, Serbia, Republic of Montenegro, Venezuela need an original
invitation from the Organizing Committee and to apply to the Ukrainian
consulates in order to get Ukrainian visa. Please request such invitation only
when you are reasonably certain that you are coming to the conference.
Citizens of Australia need a faxed invitation from the Institute of Mathematics
(signed by the Director and with the official Institute seal) and to apply to
the Ukrainian consulates in Australia in order to get Ukrainian visa. Please
request such invitation when you are reasonably certain that you are coming to
the conference.
Citizens of other countries (in particular, Algeria, P.R. China, Costa Rica,
Egypt, India, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Oman, Pakistan, Republic of South
Africa, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Zambia) need an original special invitation from
the Organizing Committee and to apply to the Ukrainian consulate in their
respective countries in order to get Ukrainian visa. To arrange such special
invitation, we need the following additional information:
1. Citizenship.
2. Full name as in the passport.
3. Date and place of birth.
4. Home address.
5. Work place and address.
6. Current position.
7. Passport No.
8. Passport expiry date (with day and month).
9. Country and city where you plan to apply to the Ukrainian consulate for
obtaining visa.
10. Scanned copy (.pdf or .jpg) of the first page of your passport, as well as
copies of pages with your latest two-three visas (if available).
As soon as the invitation is ready we will mail the originals of the invitations
to you by regular mail.

coming to the conference.
