The volume consists of 8 papers for a total of 164 pages.
 
The guest editors Bernd Ammann, Lashi Bandara, Sebastian Goette and
Klaus Kröncke are grateful to the authors for their interesting
contributions, to the referees for their constructive reviews and to the
