The conference “Dynamical Systems and Applications”, be held at the Institute of Mathematics of NAS of Ukraine in Kyiv, May 16-18, 2012, focuses on the problems of the modern theory of dynamical systems. The main topics are topological dynamics, the theory of attractors, combinatorial and symbolic dynamics, the theory of fractals, bifurcation and stability theory. An important goal of the conference is according to the organizers to popularize the present-day advances in dynamical systems, especially among mathematics educators. For this purpose, the conference program is expected to include not only reports on the results of original research, but also review talks which may be interesting in a wider audience. The organizers invite to participate experts in dynamical systems theory and also students, postgrad, and teachers. Please register online at www.imath.kiev.ua/~cds or by e-mail at cds@imath.kiev.ua. The languages of the conference are Ukrainian, Russian, and English. Abstracts will be accepted at cds@imath.kiev.ua up to April 28, 2012. Notification of all acceptances will be provided by April 30, 2012. The collection of abstracts will be published before the conference starts. The registration fee is 70 UAH per person and must be paid prior to the conference within May 15-16. Length reports are 45 and 20 min. The conference sessions will take place in the conference hall of the Institute of Mathematics of NAS of Ukraine. The opening session will be held May 16.
